Vangtel’s electronic payroll system is customized for speed and accuracy. The Offshore Group delivers punctual and accurate worker payroll for 53 companies in Mexico. Our system accounts for Mexico’s six-day, 48-hour work week and the preferred 9.5 hour work day. The system tracks legally prescribed overtime payments which vary by shift while accounting for all mandated contributions to a number of worker benefit programs
The Payroll Department consists of dedicated staff that provides the following services on behalf of Vangtel’s clientele:
- Electronic time and attendance
- Preparation of weekly and bi-weekly payroll

- Preparation of “Special Request” checks
- Deduction, payment, control and reporting of worker benefits
